THE RIDER'S LAWYER

Fighting for Oregon Riders at the Capitol and in the Courtroom

Purpose

Our purpose is to serve the motorcycle community.  We are dedicated to serving our fellow riders throughout Oregon, by representing them before the Legislature in Salem and by representing them after they have been injured in motorcycle accidents.  Our purpose is always to fight for the best result for riders and we never charge a rider a fee until we recover compensation for them.

Passion

We work with and for the motorcycle community.  From running weekly group rides, working with motorcycle rights organizations, passing laws to protect riders from reckless drivers, fighting for lane sharing for motorcycles in Oregon until it is legal to representing riders injured in motorcycle accidents, we are committed to Oregon’s motorcycle community!

Proven

We fight for our clients with the understanding that only a fellow rider can have.  We have obtained millions of dollars in compensation for our clients and fight for each rider as only a fellow rider can. Whether it is a $1.1 million settlement at trial or a $50,000 settlement for a rider whose prior lawyer gave up on the case, we fight for the best result for every rider.

Rider and Oregon Motorcycle Accident Attorney

I am an attorney with a passion for motorcycling and for legal issues affecting riders in Oregon.  I started riding in 1985 and started practicing law in 1997.

I work for the motorcycle community by drafting and advocating legislation to improve rider safety, make careless and reckless drivers accountable, and for making motorcycles an efficient transportation alternative to improve traffic congestion.

I also help motorcyclists after they have been injured by representing them.  If you have suffered personal injuries as a result of a motorcycle accident, retain an experienced motorcycle accident attorney with the knowledge and expertise only a fellow rider can bring.

If you do get into a motorcycle accident, please let me know if I can help.

Have You Been in an Accident?

If you’ve been in a motorcycle accident, do not give a recorded statement to any insurance company, yours or theirs, until you have contacted an experienced Oregon motorcycle accident attorney.
